Discover a joyous musical that welcomes the world when Come From Away wings its way to Milton Keynes this month.
This smash-hit show tells the remarkable real-life story of the 7,000 air passengers who were grounded in Canada during the wake of 9/11 and the people in a small Newfoundland town who invited these “come from aways” into their lives. The first female American Airlines captain, the quick-thinking town mayor, the mother of a New York firefighter and the eager local news reporter are among the many individuals whose experiences became a true celebration of hope, humanity and unity.
The UK touring production follows record-breaking, award-winning engagements in the West End, on Broadway, in Canada, throughout Australia and on a 60-city North American tour. Theatregoers should expect internationally acclaimed, life-affirming entertainment.

Come From Away is written by Olivier award winners Irene Sankoff and David Hein and directed by Tony award winner Christopher Ashley. It won four Olivier awards (including best new musical) in London and a Tony award (for best direction of a musical) on Broadway.
