Editorial: News

As a journalist, I have experience of writing news, features, reviews, interviews, leisure and entertainment previews, web stories and advertorials.

My time writing for newspapers has predominantly centred around being a contributing reporter for the Milton Keynes Citizen newspaper and its affiliated publications.

In terms of editorial responsibility, I have edited the Schools and Learning news pages in the Milton Keynes Citizen newspaper since 2010. This has involved building and maintaining relationships with staff from schools, nurseries and colleges across Milton Keynes.

I also have experience of deputising for the Leisure Editor, compiling the entire GO leisure and entertainment supplement (sourcing stories and pictures, writing copy and editing pages).
